So, we put an offer on the house :) There's a building guarentee already on the house still, so J was happy to just put an offer in. We're waiting on the call from the estate agents to see if the vendor will accept it or not, he got told about it last night, and the suspense is KILLING me! We might have to wait til tonight... but argh... lol...

I suppose it's good news that he's thinking about it and didn't just come out with a "no"... so we shall see...
